About

I began my professional life in 1998 as a secondary school Spanish teacher. Passionate about travel and nature, in 2002, I moved to French Guiana, the region where I currently live. Over time, my passion and my practice of theater increasingly permeate my teaching practices and my educational projects.

In 2012, after 14 years of service in National Education, the birth of my son, and burnout, I started a professional reconversion.

When available, I take care of myself, my pace and my learning and development needs. I train in shiatsu and sophrology. I specialize in stress and emotion management, management of sleep disorders, preparation for exams and public speaking.

In 2017, I created my company Entre Ciel & Terre, then I resigned from National Education to devote myself fully to my activities in the office and to my training organization:

- individual shiatsu and sophrology sessions

- collective sophrology workshops

- training actions in the field of psycho-social skills

In 2017, in a burst of discovery and exploration, I “met” Nonviolent Communication during a 6-day residential course.

From then on I create opportunities for myself to practice, learn and integrate this process which brings me both inner peace and clarity of mind and allows me to experience authenticity and depth in my relationships. personal and professional.

At the same time, I continue to train myself:

- First Aid in Mental Health - first aider and trainer accredited by PSSM France

Today, I am committed to supporting and transmitting techniques and processes where the body and self-awareness occupy a central place. I like to experience creativity, learning, connections and exchanges in what I do on a daily basis.
